Clause A:

1. Due to improper or fraudulent documents, V-Symphysis is not responsible for the outcome.
2. If a client fails to get the required scores in the English Language Tests like IELTS or PTE, TOFEL, and CBIT, no refund is applicable.
3. If your profile is not invited from the EOI pool after 2 years, a refund of 20% is applicable.
4. V-Symphysis will not provide any refund for the early service withdraws.
5. Refunds will remain inapplicable if a client voluntarily withdraws the application at any point in time after signing the agreements.
6. On the account of late submission of prequalification documents and other pre-requisites past the time frame of 60 days, three warning reminders will be initiated from V-Symphysis consecutively. The case will be closed, with no refunds, if there are no responses from the applicant.
7. V-Symphysis does not influence the outcome and the outcome is at the sole discretion of the Case Officer and the authorities.
8. If a candidate submits improper/ fraudulent documents, V- Symphysis won’t be held responsible and a refund is not applicable.
9. The refund would be calculated only on the V-Symphysis consultation fee. The tax component is non-refundable at any stage.
10. In case of any rejections by the Authorities, the refund will be applicable as stated in the agreements.
